Who We Are

PNG Industry Manpower Solutions (PIMS) is part of the High Arctic Group and is a Registered Training Organisation in Papua New Guinea (NTC#182), operating since 2009.

We exist to help high compliance organisations build workforce capability that holds up when safety, discipline, and operational standards are non-negotiable. Guided by our ethos, Safe People – Safe Site – Safe Company, we partner with clients to strengthen competence, reduce risk, and support consistent execution. Importantly, we are committed to the development of PNG Nationals, helping organisations grow local capability while meeting the compliance and performance demands of critical PNG industries.
