Safe Sites

When we think at the Safe Site level, we look at the second question of the 4-question personal challenge.

  1. What is dangerous with this task?
  2. What Controls do I have that will keep me safe?
  3. Are those controls working?
  4. How do I know that they are working? 

These skills are highly important to how the team performs (collectively) and relate to systems that require practice and implementation to achieve operational demands and include:

  1. Team Management. Team management is crucial for improving organizational performance as it involves coordinating and guiding team members towards achieving common goals. Effective team management fosters collaboration, enhances communication, and ensures that tasks are completed efficiently.
